Personal data is processed using electronic tools, with logic strictly related to the stated purposes, and in any case in a way that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data.

Organisational, technical and physical security measures are adopted to protect data from unauthorised access, loss, destruction or alteration.

  • Collaborators and consultants acting on behalf of BySys (e.g. developers, designers, IT service providers)

  • Contractual data: For the duration of the commercial relationship and for 10 years thereafter (tax obligation)
  • Marketing data: Until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested
  • Browsing data (Analytics): Maximum 13 months (as provided by Vercel Analytics)
